Your Warranty Offer:
Unless otherwise stated, our standard warranty and lifetime technical support are included in the price of your products. Verity Systems provides you with a one-year*, return to base warranty.
If your Verity Systems product or any of its accessories** fails to operate to its specification at any time during the warranty period, we will repair it. The repair will provide you with a product, which in our opinion, performs consistently with its age and usage.
If your product needs repairing during its warranty period, then please contact your supplier.
*The following degaussers have a 3 year return to base warranty as standard.

- V91 HD/DLT
- SV91M
- V660 HDD Evo
- V94
Standard Warranties:
- The warranty period begins when the product is purchased by its first user.
- Carriage back to the customer is included; delivery of the product to Verity Systems is not included.
- The product needs to be packed securely in its original packaging and sent to your supplier (if you do not have the original packing, contact your supplier for instructions).
- Your product will be repaired at our manufacturing headquarters or at one of our appointed service areas.
- Once the repairs are completed the unit will be returned to the address instructed.
- The warranty does not cover visits by an engineer to repair the product at your premises, or the commissioning of the product on site.
- This warranty is a promise by us to you the customer that we will repair certain faults. It is not a warranty, guarantee or promise that your Verity Systems product will conform to its specification or will not fail.
Limitations of Warranty
Some failures are not covered.
- We will not provide warranty repair if in our opinion the problem resulted from externally caused damage or use outside the product specification, or from the use of options, parts or consumables, which are not Verity Systems approved.
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of used consumables or of parts, which need replacement during the life of the product as a result of the use made of them, unless the consumables or parts themselves are defective.
- The warranty does not cover negligence or abuse.
- Printer heads and caddy transports are warranted for 30 days
Extended Warranties:
In addition to the standard warranty periods, extended warranties are also available which will increase your protection and give you further peace of mind.
Extended warranty provides the same initial standard warranty cover for an additional period. Consumables and parts in the exemption list** are not covered. The cost of this cover is 20% of the current list price.

No coverage is available for the above exemptions beyond the standard warranty period.
On-Site Support
At Verity Systems we know how important it is for you to have reliable performance from your automated CD and DVD duplication and printing equipment.
All Verity Systems units are thoroughly tested before they leave our premises, however, in the event that an unforeseen technical fault occurs, we want you to have the security of knowing that we can support you quickly and efficiently and at your own premises.
We are therefore pleased to be able to offer an On-Site Support Agreement to all our CopyDisc customers which will give you peace of mind and great service.
The support operates in principle as follows:
- The support period runs for 1 year paid in advance.
- Repairs and fault corrections will be carried out at the customer’s premises at no charge unless the fault falls outside the support terms.
- If, on examination, the engineer finds that the fault is caused by non-standard means i.e. the negligence, misuse or fault of the customer, then any repairs done will be subject to additional charges.
- Repairs take place during normal working hours. If you require work outside normal hours it can be sometimes done but will incur overtime charges.
