Verity Systems have a specialist team of support staff who are on hand to deal with all enquiries, from new customers setting up to existing customers requiring upgrades or parts. We are so confident in our products that we offer you free phone and email support for all our range directly from the factory in which they are made.
This support extends for the entire lifetime of ownership*.
Verity Systems offers a comprehensive after sales service. Whether you opt for an extended warranty or not, our technical support team are available to answer your queries for the duration of time you own one of our products.
Office hours are Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm GMT
Please have the serial number of your product available when you call, or add it to your email. The serial number will be on a label either on the back or bottom of your product.
