How to Buy

Buying on-line using this website

1. Find the product you are look for
· Use the navigation buttons at the top of each page to select the product category you are looking for.

2. Choose your product(s)
· Look through the products that are listed
· Click on the information button to read the product descriptions.

3. Add products to your shopping basket
· Click the 'add to basket' button next to any product(s) you wish to purchase
· This DOES NOT commit you to making a purchase, it adds your product to a shopping cart facility which you can remove items from at a later time
· If you wish to find more products, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button, alternatively proceed to step 4.

4. Shopping Cart
· Review the contents of your shopping cart. If there are items which you wish to remove, simply enter a quantity of 0 and then click 'recalculate'
· Select your location to calculate shipping and VAT costs and click 'recalculate'
· If you are happy with your selection and the shipping costs, click on 'Go to Payments'
· Enter your contact, email & address details, select 'Continue'. Please take care when entering address and postcode details as this will affect card payment processing.
· Enter your credit card details on our secure page select 'Continue'. Please have your security number ready as you will need this to make a payment (the last three digits of the number on your signature strip found on the back of your card).
· Your order confirmation number will appear on screen
· A confirmation email detailing your order will be sent to your email address
. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

Note: if you have chosen to continue shopping for other products, simply click on 'Shopping Cart' to return to the calculation and payments pages.

Buying by telephone or email

1. Find the product(s) you are look for
· Use the navigation buttons at the top of each page to select the product category you are looking for.

2. Choose your product(s)
· Look through the products that are listed
· Click on the information button to read the product descriptions.

3. Contact us
· Note the 'Part Number' associated with any product(s) you wish to buy and the quantities you require and contact us via email or telephone 01252 317000.

4. Order processing
· If you choose to email or fax your order somebody will contact you to confirm that they have received the order and to arrange payment
. Once all details are confirmed, your order will be shipped.
