The Verity Systems Hot Swap Warranty provides assurance of minimal downtime and eliminates the requirement for an onsite backup CD DVD printer. While our standard warranty service is comprehensive, there may be instances when even the slightest delay could cost you valuable time and money whilst you wait for your unit to be repaired and returned.
With the Hot Swap Warranty you can be up and running with your disc duplicating and printing within 24 hours.
The majority of technical support enquiries can be resolved remotely by telephone or email, however, where the problem reported is solely related to your inkjet disc printer, we shall arrange for a ‘hot swap’ of that printer.
Providing the fault is diagnosed by 2pm, a replacement printer will be dispatched the same day.
The printer will include instructions for swapping the printer on your CopyDisc system, if appropriate, and re-packing your faulty printer for secure transit. Once the faulty disc printer is securely packed, simply inform our technical support department who will arrange collection of the printer.
Verity Systems offers the annual Hot Swap warranty on all Panther and Puma inkjet disc printers and on all CopyDisc Ice and CopyDisc Storm systems fitted with a Puma or Panther printer.
The original warranty period is not affected.

A: Claiming under the Hot Swap warranty couldn’t be easier. Simply contact our technical support team who will endeavour to diagnose and solve the problem. Where it has been identified that the problem reported is solely related to the customers’ printer, we shall arrange for a ‘hot swap’ of that printer.
