Verity Systems Unveils Versatile CD/DVD Printing Solution

Verity Systems and Hewlett-Packard Company, today announced the launch of a brand new, inkjet CD printer: the OptiPrinter™. Engineers & designers from both companies have come together to produce this state of the art printer, which includes a superior drawer mechanism facility, for the accurate positioning of discs throughout the printing process.

This high quality printer brings professional print quality to the in-house production of discs, delivering outstanding photo quality images directly onto the surface of CDs, DVDs, CD Business Cards & Mini Disc, enabling customers to choose or create colorful backgrounds and images that reflect their company.

What's more, the OptiPrinter™ has been specifically designed to provide maximum printing versatility and can be used in a variety of settings. The PC-based OptiPrinter™ offers professional desktop printing for the low volume/small business user, whilst the OptiPrinter™ can also be used in conjunction with an autoloader or automated disc duplicator for fast, unattended printing of greater quantities.

About the Printer
Utilising HP PhotoRET III precision technology, the OptiPrinter™ offers up to an amazing 4800x1200 dpi resolution, the highest resolution available in the industry, delivering stunning colour graphics and laser-sharp black text. The OptiPrinter™ uses standard, cost effective HP colour & black print cartridges.

The outstanding print quality is achieved through the clever design of the drawer mechanism, which holds the discs in place to such a high degree of accuracy, that the finest inkjet printing can take place. The drawer mechanism's superior in/out tray, also allows for fast photo printing speeds.
