Verity Systems announce true 16x automated DVD duplication August 2006: Verity Systems, leading manufacturers of CD/DVD disc publishing equipment, today announced genuine 16x DVD recording speeds on many of their CopyDisc duplicators. The CopyDisc Platinum series are now fitted with the latest system boards which combined with high-speed writing drives delivers true 16x duplication. CopyDisc Platinum auto-loading duplicators can now copy up to eight 4.7Gb DVDs simultaneously in just 7½ minutes and 220 DVDs in under 4 hours.The features that 16x recording allows are welcomed by high-volume duplicators around the world and include: • Increased speed DVD writing “Whilst many competitors boast 16x recording drives, few of them have been able to reach and sustain 16x record speed during the duplication process.
