Verity Systems Launch DVD Duplicator with Built-In Copy Protection Technology

Aldershot, UK 25th August 2009:- Verity Systems, leading manufacturer and supplier of CD, DVD and Blu-ray duplicating equipment, today announced the launch of its new range of Lightning tower duplicators with built-in copy protection technology, providing a simple yet effective anti-rip solution for protecting DVD video.

The Copy Protected Lightning duplicators are the only standalone DVD duplicators on the market featuring hardware-based copy protection that discourages unauthorised duplication. Users do not require a PC or proprietary software to create copy-protected discs so there is no per-copy royalty to pay and no one to call for software licenses. The exclusive copy protection technology embeds copy protection within each target disc making them almost impossible to copy using a computer or another duplicator. The protected discs play normally on DVD players.
